These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Lamabet and the services offered through it, including the casino, live tables and sportsbook. By registering an account, depositing funds or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. Lamabet operates under a gaming licence within the Boomerang group and offers its services to eligible players in Canada in Canadian dollars.

We have written these terms to be as clear as possible. Where a promotion has its own conditions, those apply in addition to the general terms set out here.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 19 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your province or territory, to open an account and gamble at Lamabet. The service is intended for residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful, and it is not available in territories where we are restricted from operating. It is your responsibility to ensure that using the service is legal where you live.

Each player may hold one account only. The details you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date, and the account must be in your own name. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact support immediately so we can help secure it.

Bonuses and wagering requirements

Bonuses are optional. When you claim one, you accept the specific terms attached to that offer in addition to these general conditions. Unless a promotion states otherwise, match bonuses carry a wagering requirement of thirty-five times the combined deposit and bonus, and winnings from free spins carry a wagering requirement of forty times, both to be met within the stated time limit. The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is C$10, and exceeding it may void the bonus and any related winnings.

Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus or free spins while another is active will remove the current bonus and any winnings tied to it. Requesting a withdrawal before a bonus is fully wagered will forfeit the remaining bonus. Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment, and we reserve the right to withhold a bonus or its winnings where we identify irregular play, abuse of an offer, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage.

Fair play and prohibited conduct

Games at Lamabet use certified random number generators, and outcomes are independent and cannot be predicted or influenced. In return, we ask that you use the service honestly. The following are not permitted and may lead to restrictions, account closure or forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or acting on behalf of another person.
• Providing false information or using payment methods that are not your own.
• Colluding with other players, using automated software or bots, or exploiting a fault in a game.
• Attempting to gain value from a bonus in a way it was not intended, including low-risk hedging solely to clear wagering.
• Using the service for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful purpose.

Where we reasonably suspect prohibited conduct, we may suspend an account while we investigate, and we may retain funds connected to that conduct pending the outcome.

Responsible gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of it without written permission.

Limitation of liability
